Mechatronic Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechatronic Engineer to provide electrical, mechanical and automation engineering support across industrial, logistics, manufacturing, food-production and automated environments.
Responsibilities
- maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and automated equipment
- diagnose PLC-controlled machinery and associated systems
- maintain conveyor and material-handling systems
- work with motors, VFDs, sensors and control systems
- diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults
- carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance
- failure analysis and reliability improvements
- equipment testing and commissioning
- maintain engineering records
- comply with health, safety and site procedures
Candidate profile
relevant degree or equivalent engineering qualification; electrical/mechanical/mechatronic knowledge; industrial/automated machinery experience; fault finding; PLCs; motors/VFDs/sensors; conveyors; communication/documentation; safety awareness. Experience in logistics, manufacturing, food or packaging advantageous.
